Bigaudiobook Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something did not go the way it should, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Bigaudiobook Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Bigaudiobook Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@bigaudiobook.site and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short note on what happened and what you would like us to do

What Comes Next

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
