Accessibility Statement

A newly poured concrete driveway beside a frame home in North Salt Lake

Last updated: October 2026

Bigaudiobook Concrete wants bigaudiobook.site to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about accessibility. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We want a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support accessibility, we try to:

  • Use clear headings and a sensible page order
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Make the whole site usable with a keyboard alone
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets, and desktop screens
  • Write in plain, everyday words
  • Give every form field a clear label

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If part of this site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@bigaudiobook.site and we will do what we can to help.

Tell Us What You Think

We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@bigaudiobook.site and share:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What went wrong and what you expected to happen
  • The browser, device, or assistive technology you use, if you know it

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Always Improving

Accessibility is never truly finished. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
